筋骨消痛散配合红外线治疗踝关节扭伤的护理

摘　　要：目的研究筋骨消痛散贴敷配合红外线照射治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤护理。方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月于河南省中医院就诊的患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。两组均给予红外线照射+筋骨消痛散贴敷,对照组给予常规护理,试验组实施中医辩证施护。观察两组患者疼痛模拟评分法(visual analogue score,VAS)和Baird踝关节量表评分,检测血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNF-α)和C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)的含量,比较两组临床有效率及护理满意度。结果试验组患者总有效率为97.5%(39/40),高于对照组的80.0%(32/40)(P<0.05);试验组治疗后患者VAS和Baird踝关节量表评分,TNF-α和CRP含量改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论筋骨消痛散+红外线+中医辩证施护可减轻陈旧性踝关节扭伤患者的疼痛感,提高患者满意度。Objective To study nursing care of Jingu Xiaotongsan and infrared ray treatment of old ankle sprain.Methods 80 cases admitted to He'nan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected.Those were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 40 cases.The two groups were given infrared ray irradiation and sinews pain-relieving powder,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.Visual analogue score(VAS)and Baird ankle joint scale scores were observed in the two groups,and serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels were detected.Nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 97.5%(39/40)in observation group higher than 80.0%(32/40)in control group(P<0.05).VAS and Baird ankle scale scores of the observation group after treatment showed that TNF-α and CRP levels were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jingu Xiaotongsan+infrared ray+TCM dialectical nursing can effectively reduce the pain of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients.
