放射影像科患者心理压力及应对方式

摘　　要：目的探究放射影像科患者的心理压力以及应对方式。方法选取2018年7月—2019年3月于本院放射影像科进行检查诊断的患者100例作为研究对象,采用调查问卷的方式对患者的心理压力进行测定,并依据患者的心理压力状况提出相应的应对方式。结果对放射影像科患者的不同心理压力以及应对方式进行统计,其中具有急切心理的患者占75%,担忧心理的患者82%,疑虑心理的患者89%,消费心理的患者69%,应对方式而言,乐观应对的患者占11%,客观应对的患者占13%,悲观应对的患者占20%。逃避应对的患者占56%。结论放射影像科结合患者的心理压力特点以及应对方式,帮助患者有效疏解心理压力,使患者尽量以平稳的心态的准备以及接受检查,对于检查结果也尽可能的平和接受。Objective To explore the psychological stress and coping style of patients in department of radiology.Methods 100 cases of patients who were examined and diagnosed in the hospital of Department of radiology from July 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the psychological stress of patients were measured by questionnaire,and the corresponding coping styles were put forward according to the psychological stress of patients.Results The psychological stress and coping styles of patients in radiology and imaging department were analyzed,which 75% of the patients were anxious.82% of the patients were worried.89% of the patients were doubtful.69% of the patients had consumptive psychology.In terms of coping style,11% were optimistic,13% were objective and 20% were pessimistic.56% of the patients avoided coping.Conclusion The radiology department combines the psychological stress characteristics and coping styles of patients,which can help patients relieve psychological pressure effectively,make patients prepare as smoothly as possible and accept the examination results as peacefully as possible.
