摘 要:调查新疆北疆部分地区绵羊消化道蠕虫分布情况,以明确近年来该地区绵羊消化道蠕虫的分布、构成情况。本研究采用定点采样法,从沙湾县、石河子市、玛纳斯县、呼图壁县四地采集绵羊的胃和肠,从中分离和收集虫体,对其进行形态学观察,进行虫种鉴定。结果显示:羊消化道蠕虫的感染率为90%以上,共检出16种消化道蠕虫,其中,线虫10种(捻转血矛线虫Hamonchus contortus、普通环纹奥斯特线虫Ostertagia circumcincta、蒙古马歇尔线虫Marshallagia mongolica、塔里木马歇尔线虫Marshallagia tarimanus、钝刺细颈线虫Nematodirus spathiger、蛇形毛圆线虫Trichostrong colubriformis、奥利春细颈线虫Nematodirus oiratianus、斯氏毛首线虫Trichocephalidae skrjabini、绵羊夏伯特线虫Chabertia ovina、羊仰口线虫Bunostomum trigonocephalum),未知属1种,绦虫2种(扩展莫尼次绦虫Moniezia expansa、盖氏曲子宫绦虫Helictometra giardi),原虫1种(绵羊住肉孢子虫Sarcocystis tenella),吸虫1种(矛形双腔吸虫Dicrocoelium lanceatum),绦虫蚴2种(细颈囊尾蚴Cysticercus tenuicollis、棘球蚴Hydatid cyst)。其中捻转血矛线虫(感染率61%)、普通环纹奥斯特线虫(感染率55%)、塔里木马歇尔线虫(感染率61.5%)、奥利春细颈线虫(感染率51%)、斯氏毛首线虫(感染率61%)、矛形双腔吸虫(感染率60%)被确定为该地区羊消化道蠕虫的优势种。本研究可为新疆北疆地区预防和治疗羊消化道蠕虫病提供依据。To investigate the distribution of gastrointestinal worms of sheep in the part of northern Xinjiang in order to make clear the distribution and composition of the sheep worms in this area in recent years.Using the fixed point sampling method,the stomach of sheep was collected from Shawan county,Shihezi,Manas county and Hutubi county,from which the insect body was isolated and collected,and its morphology was observed and the insect species were identified.The results showed that the infection rate of sheep digestive tract worms was over 90%,and a total of 16 gastrointestinal worms,in which 10 nematodes were detected,including hamonchus contortus,ostertagia circumcincta,marshallagia mongolica,marshallagia tarimanus,nematodirus spathiger,trichostrong colubriformis,nematodirus oiratianus,trichocephalidae skrjabini,chabertia ovina,bunostomum trigonocephalum.Unknown genus was detected,which was sarcocystis tenella.2 tapeworms were detected,including moniezia expansa and helictometra giardia,1 protozoon was detected,which was sarcocystis tenella,1 trematoda was detected,which was dicrocoelium lanceatum,2 proscolex were detected,including cysticercus tenuicollis,hydatid cyst.Among them,hamonchus contortus,ostertagia circumcincta,marshallagia tarimanus,nematodirus oiratianus,trichocephalidae skrjabini and dicrocoelium lanceatum were the dominant species in this area.The results of this study can provide the basis for the prevention and control of the gastrointestinal worm diseases of sheep in Northern Xinjiang.
