摘 要:基于紧密堆积理论进行了C30水泥混凝土的配合比设计,通过减少空隙率获得最大堆积密度来提高混凝土强度,最大限度的发挥骨料的作用,提高了混凝土的耐久性和经济性。最后通过对紧密堆积配合比和普通配合比两种设计方法制作的混凝土28 d立方体抗压强度进行比较,得出采用紧密堆积理论设计方法制作的混凝土的抗压强度明显高于采用普通混凝土配合比设计方法制作的混凝土的抗压强度。In this paper, based on the tight packing theory, the mix ratio design of C30 cement concrete is carried out. By reducing the void ratio to obtain the maximum packing density, the strength of concrete is improved, the role of aggregate is maximized, and the durability and economy of concrete are improved. Finally, by comparing the compressive strength of the 28 d cube made of concrete by two design methods of compact-packed mix ratio and ordinary mix ratio, it is concluded that the compressive strength of concrete made of compact-packed theory design method is significantly higher than that of concrete made of ordinary concrete mix ratio design method.
