摘 要:为了研究成形温度对电场辅助塑性成形TC4钛合金微型齿轮的影响,设计并制造了微型齿轮成形模具,在Gleeble-1500D热-力模拟机上进行了电场辅助塑性成形实验,成功获得了齿顶圆半径为1.8 mm的TC4钛合金微型齿轮。实验结果表明,在成形温度1200℃时试样的成形质量最好。电流作用下高温塑性成形后,微型齿轮微观齿心组织由等轴(α+β)组织转变为按一定位向排列的层状组织,同时微型齿轮的齿顶边缘微观组织比齿心处的微观组织晶粒更为细小。分析认为,在电场辅助塑性成形TC4微型齿轮的过程中,晶粒的相变和微细等轴晶的生成是成形高质量微型齿轮的关键因素。In order to study the effect of forming temperature on electric field aided plastic forming TC4 titanium alloy micro-gear, the forming die of micro-gear was designed and manufactured. The experiment of electric field assisted plastic forming was carried out on Gleeble-1500 D thermal-mechanical simulator, and the TC4 titanium alloy micro-gear with addendum circle radius of 1.8 mm was successfully obtained. The experimental results show that when the forming temperature is 1200 ℃, the forming quality of the sample is the best. After high temperature plastic forming under the action of current, the microstructure of micro-gear center changes from isometric(α +β) microstructure to layered microstructure arranged in a direction. At the same time, the microstructure of the tooth top edge of the micro-gear is smaller than that of the tooth center. It is considered that the grain transformation and the formation of fine equiaxed grains are the key factors for the forming of high quality micro-gears in the process of electric field assisted plastic forming TC4 micro-gears.
