摘 要:圆柱螺旋齿轮锻造成形过程中存在成形载荷大、齿形角隅部分充填不满等问题。本文利用Deform-3D软件建立了圆柱螺旋齿轮热精锻的传热-变形耦合有限元模型,通过软件的flow-net功能在选定的特征截面上绘制标记线,得到了不同成形阶段不同位置的网格变形规律。从轴向、周向、径向反映了齿形变形流动规律,利用坐标网格试验对模拟分析结果进行了验证。结果表明试验结果与模拟结果一致性较好。There are some problems in the forging process of cylindrical spiral gear, such as large forming load and insufficient filling of tooth shape corner. The heat transfer-deformation coupling finite element model for hot precision forging of cylindrical spiral gear was established by using Deform-3D software. Through the flow-net function of the software, the marking line was drawn on the selected feature sections, and the grid deformation law at different positions in different forming stages was obtained. From the axial, circumferential and radial directions, the deformation and flow law of the tooth profile was reflected. The simulation results were verified by coordinate grid test, and the results show that the experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
