济南市47例新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情流行综合分析

摘　　要：目的对济南市47例新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情流行特点进行综合分析,为制定和实施有效防控策略提供依据。方法对济南市新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者的人口学、危险因素暴露史、传播力、就医服务和临床症状等流行特征进行描述性分析。结果截至2020年2月27日24时,济南市共报告新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者47例,患者潜伏期中位数为9 d,不同年龄、职业、性别均有病例报告。47例确诊患者中有武汉相关危险因素暴露史29例。一代患者19例和二代患者28例,聚集性患者9起,传染人数中位数为3例,已治愈出院25例。19例确诊患者通过主动就诊方式发现。主动就诊患者传播风险期中位数为4 d。确诊患者中74.5%表现为普通型,无危重型患者。结论济南市新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生续发患者的风险较低,但要谨防复工、复学、复产和境外的人口流动引发的输入性患者。Objective To comprehensively analyze the epidemic characteristics of COVID-19 cases in Jinan in order to provide a basis for establishing and implementing effective prevent and control measures.Methods The demographic information,exposure history to risk factors,transmissibility,clinical symptoms and treatment of COVID-19 cases were analyzed.Results A total of 47 confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported in Jinan.The median latent period was 9 days.The patients were of different ages,genders and professions.Exposure history to risk factors in Wuhan was detected in 29 patients.There were 19 first generation cases,20 second generation cases,and 9 cluster outbreaks.The median number of people infected was 3,and 25 patients were discharged.The disease was confirmed in 19 patients who came to visit the doctor,and their median incubation period was 4 days.Of all confirmed cases,74.5%were common cases,and none of them was severe.Conclusion The risk of secondary cases of COVID-19 is low in Jinan.However,due attention should be paid to imported cases caused by the return to work and school,as well as movement of population.
