摘　　要：目的探讨济南市新型冠状病毒肺炎患者取样部位对核酸检测结果的影响。方法选择2020年1月22日至2月11日经我中心确诊的47例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的临床样本,应用实时荧光定量RT-PCR法进行检测,分析不同取样部位临床样本对检测结果的影响,采用Fisher精确概率法进行统计学分析。结果济南市共报告新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者47例,男23例,女24例,11个月~71岁,中位年龄35岁。鼻咽拭子样本新型冠状病毒核酸阳性率91.11%(41/45),痰液样本的核酸阳性率92.31%(13/14),两种样本检出率差异无统计学意义(Fisher精确概率法,双侧P>0.999),但痰液样本的荧光RT-PCR检测Ct值明显低于对应的鼻咽拭子样本。结论鼻咽拭子样本能够满足新型冠状病毒感染筛查及确诊要求,深咳痰液样本可作为鼻咽拭子"假阴性"的有效补充。Objective To investigate the effect of sampling positions in nucleic acid test for COVID-19 on test results.Methods Clinical specimens collected from 47 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Jinan City during Jan.22 and Feb.11,2020 were tested with real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR to analyze the effect of different sampling positions on the test results.Statistical analysis was conducted with Fisher’s exact test.Results The 47 patients included 23 males and 24 females,age ranging from 11 months to 71 years,average 35 years.The positive rate of nasopharyngeal swabs and sputum samples was 91.11%(41/45)and 92.31%(13/14),respectively.There was no statistical difference between the results of the two types of samples(Fisher’s exact test,bilateral P>0.999).However,the Ct value was lower in sputum samples than in nasopharyngeal swabs.Conclusion The nasopharyngeal swabs can meet the requirements for screening and diagnosis of COVID-19,and deep-coughed sputum samples can be used to re-test the"false negative"nasopharyngeal swabs.
