摘　　要：目的了解新冠肺炎聚集性疫情流行特征,为下一步防控策略提供依据。方法采用普查的调查方法对2020年1月24日至2月11日报告的济南市37例新型冠状病毒肺炎聚集性病例的人口学、危险因素暴露史、传播力、就医服务和临床症状等流行特征进行横断面研究。结果济南市新冠肺炎聚集性疫情共有9起,首发病例中8例有湖北武汉相关危险因素暴露史,潜伏期中位数为9 d,传染人数中位数为3人,接触方式以共同居住为主。临床病例分型以普通型为主。25例已经治愈并出院。结论新冠肺炎病毒传播力较强,济南市新冠肺炎聚集性疫情多以近距离接触传播引起。建议要继续坚持综合防控措施,控制新冠肺炎疫情的传播。Objective To summarize the cluster epidemic characteristics of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Jinan City in order to provide reference for further preventive measures.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted on the demography,exposure history of risk factors,transmission capacity,medical services and clinical symptoms of 37 COVID-19 cases confirmed during Jan.24 and Feb.11,2020.Results There were 9 cluster outbreaks in Jinan City.Among the initial cases,8 had exposure history of Wuhan City.The median incubation period was 9 days and the median number of infection was 3.The main contact mode was living together.Most cases were common type.So far 25 patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion The SARS-CoV-2 is highly infectious.The clusters of COVID-19 in Jinan City are mainly caused by close contact.Comprehensive measures are recommended to control the spread of the epidemic.
