不同均质度的粘土劈裂注浆特性及效果分析

摘　　要：注浆工程属于隐蔽工程,劈裂注浆后土层的压密效果和浆液的扩散范围不能直观地进行评价。土体是一种非均质性材料,土体的均质度是影响劈裂注浆效果的重要因素。基于Weibull分布模型构建具有不同均质度的粘土层,考虑粘土层不同均质度变化的影响,通过RFPA软件进行劈裂注浆数值模拟,得到了不同均质度下的起始劈裂压力值、最小主应力图、最大主应力图、剪应力图、浆液压力图和劈裂效果图。利用图像分割技术,得到不同均质度条件下粘土注浆劈裂的裂隙率和扩散范围,从而评价土体劈裂注浆的加固效果。结果表明,劈裂注浆加固后的土体压密效果随着均质度的增大而增大,浆液的扩散效果随着均质度的增大先增大后减小。Grouting project is a hidden project,soil compaction effect and the diffusion effect of slurry cannot be evaluated intuitively.Soil is a heterogeneous material,heterogeneity of soil is an important factor affecting the effect of split grouting.Based on the Weibull distribution model,clay layers with different degrees of homogeneity were constructed.Considering the effects of different homogeneity of the clay layer,the numerical simulation of split grouting was carried out by RFPA software to obtain initial fracture pressure values,minimum principal stress diagram,maximum principal stress diagram,shear stress diagram,slurry pressure diagram and splitting effect diagram under different homogeneity.Using image segmentation technology,the slit rate and diffusion range of clay grouting under different homogeneity conditions were obtained to evaluate the reinforcement effect of split grouting.The results show that soil compaction effect increases with increasing homogeneity,the diffusion effect of slurry increases with the increase of homogeneity and then decreases.
