摘  要:使用Mn掺杂的TiO2纳米片(Mn-TiO2纳米片)作为阴极催化剂来改善锂-空气电池的电化学性能。首先,通过简单的水热方法处理煅烧过的金红石制备Mn-TiO2纳米片;其次,将聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)溶于N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)溶剂中,然后将KB和Mn-TiO2纳米片与PVDF/NMP溶液混合,制备正极悬浮液。最后,将正极悬浮液涂覆到碳纸上(直径15 mm),并在60℃烘箱里烘干3 h,获得Mn-TiO2纳米片正极。正如预期,在250 mA·g^-1的电流密度下,KB和Mn-TiO2纳米片作为锂-空气电池的电极表现出较低的过电势(1.24V)和较高的放电容量(9374.23 mAh·g^-1)。这表明Mn-TiO2纳米片作为锂空气电池正极催化剂具有极大的应用前景。We proposed that Mn-doped TiO2 nanosheets(Mn-TiO2 NS)as cathode catalyst improved the electrochemical performance of lithium-air batteries.Firstly,rutile Mn-TiO2 NS were calcined by a facile hydrothermal treatment method.Secondly,polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)was dissolved in an N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP)solvent.KB and Mn-TiO2 NS were mixed with a PVDF/NMP solution to fabricate a cathode slurry.Lastly,the cathode slurry was coated onto circular carbon paper(diameter=15 mm)and dried at 60℃for 3 h in the oven to obtain the air cathode.As expected,lithium-air cells based on KB and Mn-TiO2 NS electrode exhibit an improved overpotential of 1.24 V and a high discharge capacity of 9374.23 mAh·g^-1 at the current density of 250 mA·g^-1.It suggests that Mn-TiO2 NS is a promising catalyst for Li-O2 batteries.
