摘  要:采用激光熔覆技术在304不锈钢基板上制备了Ni3Al合金和Ni3Al/Cr3C2(25%,质量分数)复合材料耐磨涂层,分析了Ni3Al合金和Ni3Al/Cr3C2熔覆层的显微组织、硬度和耐磨性能。结果表明,Ni3Al/Cr3C2熔覆层显微组织由基体γ’-Ni3Al相和原位自生M7C3(M=Cr,Fe)型碳化物组成,且细小M7C3弥散分布于γ’-Ni3Al基体。与Ni3Al合金熔覆层相比较,Ni3Al/Cr3C2熔覆层显微硬度提高了约4000 MPa。650℃时,Ni3Al/Cr3C2熔覆层磨损量仅为对比材料蠕墨铸铁的28%左右,表明Ni3Al/Cr3C2复合材料熔覆层具有良好的耐磨性能。The wear resistant coatings of Ni3Al alloy and Ni3Al/Cr3C2 composites were prepared on 304 stainless steel substrates by laser cladding.The microstructure,hardness and wear resistance of Ni3Al alloy and Ni3Al/Cr3C2 composites were investigated.The results indicate that the microstructure of the Ni3Al/Cr3C2 cladding layer consists of matrixγ’-Ni3Al phase and in-situ self-generated M7C3(M=Cr,Fe)type carbides,and the fine M7C3 carbides distribute homogeneously inγ’-Ni3Al matrix.Compared with that of the Ni3Al alloy cladding material,the micro-hardness of the Ni3Al/Cr3C2 cladding material is increased by about 4000 MPa,and its mass loss is only 28%of that of the vermicular graphite cast iron at 650℃.Therefore,the Ni3Al/Cr3C2 laser cladding composite shows excellent wear resistance.
