摘 要:电厂厂用电回路中接触器、空气开关等辅助控制设备抑制缺乏有效的状态检测措施,在夏季高温季节,接触器、空气开关突发故障烧毁或误跳闸,导致重要辅机失电的事故时有发生。介绍了一种实用的电厂接触器与低压空气开关动作特性现场检测技术,对此问题开发设计了接触器、空气开关现场检测方案,并对部分空气开关进行了检测试验,实践证明了方案的合理性。There is a lack of effective state detection measures for the suppression of auxiliary control equipment such as contactor and air switch in the power circuit of the power plant. In the summer high temperature season, the contactor and air switch may suddenly break down, burn down and trip by accident, resulting in the power failure of important auxiliary machines from time to time. This paper introduces a practical field detection technology for the operation characteristics of contactor and low-voltage air switch in power plant, develops and designs a field detection scheme for contactor and air switch, and tests some air switches. Practice has proved the rationality of the scheme.
