摘  要:热缩套管和硅橡胶材料是常用绝缘材料,广泛用于母排绝缘处理。为了研究热缩套管和硅橡胶材料对母排绝缘处理的效果,考察了用热缩套管和硅橡胶对母排处理后的击穿电压、盐雾污秽闪络电压和泄漏电流。试验结果表明,在相同厚度下,硅橡胶材料的绝缘效果明显优于热缩套管。Heat-shrinkable sleeves and silicone rubber material are widely used for insulation treatment of busbar. In order to study the effect of heat-shrinkable sleeves or silicone rubber material on the insulation treatment of busbar, the breakdown voltage, salt spray pollution flashover voltage and leakage current of the bushing were studied after treated with heat shrinkable casing and silicone rubber. The test results show that the insulation effect of silicone rubber material is better than that of heat-shrinkable sleeve under the same thickness.
