摘 要:基于某型压裂泵泵头体材料25CrNi2.5MoV低碳合金钢的力学性能参数,采用成组法进行7个应力水平下的疲劳实验,运用最小二乘法对S-N曲线进行拟合,将S-N曲线导入到有限元软件中的材料库;建立泵头体三维模型,设置123、110、100、85 MPa四种不同工况载荷,进行泵头体疲劳有限元仿真分析。仿真模拟结果确定了压裂泵泵头体在额定载荷下的疲劳寿命,这为泵头体的工程应用提供了理论参考。Based on the mechanical properties parameters of the low-carbon alloy steel 25CrNi2.5MoV of pump head body material of a fracturing pump,the fatigue tests under seven stress levels were performed by using group method.The SN curve was fitted by the least squares method and the S-N curve was imported into the finite element software in the material library.A three-dimensional pump head model was established.By seting four different load conditions of 123 MPa,110 MPa,100 MPa and 85 MPa,the finite element simulation analysis of pump head fatigue was carried out.The simulation results determine the fatigue life of the pump head under rated load,which can provide theoretical references for the engineering application of the pump head.
