摘 要:研究了时效处理对冷轧态Cu-3Ti合金箔硬度和导电率的影响,根据导电率的变化结合Avrami经验方程研究分析了Cu-3Ti合金箔的相变动力学问题。实验结果表明,在3种时效温度下,Cu-3Ti合金箔的硬度随时效时间的增加都呈现出先快速上升后缓慢下降的趋势,而导电率一直呈上升的趋势。通过导电率的变化计算得出新析出相的转变率,建立的Avrami导电率方程与实验值吻合度较高。The effects of aging treatment on the hardness and electrical conductivity of cold rolled Cu-3Ti alloy foil were studied.According to the variation of electrical conductivity of Cu-3Ti alloy foil during aging treatment combined with Avrami's empirical equation,the precipitation kinetics of phase transformation was also studied.The results show that the hardness of Cu-3Ti alloy foil rapidly increases to peak value but then moderately reduce with the aging time increasing and the electrical conductivity of cold rolled Cu-3Ti alloy foil increases.The transformation ratio of precipitates is calculated by the variation of electrical conductivity.Besides,the electrical conductivity calculated by using the established Avrami-equation coincides well with the measured ones.
