摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央对中医药给予了深切关怀和大力支持,赋予了中医药医疗工作新的使命和要求,使中医药医疗事业站在了新的历史起点上。以新中国70年为背景,梳理中医药医疗政策的变迁,分析中医药在财政投入、医疗服务资源、诊疗服务能力、医疗费用等方面取得的成绩及存在的问题,提出新时代提高中医药医疗服务能力的对策,以期推动中医药医疗事业的高质量发展,为维护人民群众健康福祉、建设健康中国、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦做出贡献。Since the 18 th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party,deep concern and strong support has been provided on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)from the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core.New missions and requirements have laid on the medical work of TCM,altogether enabling new history starting point of TCM career.In this study,based on the background of 70-year foundation of People’s Republic of China,we sorted out the policy changes of TCM,analyzed the achievements and problems pertaining to financial input,medical service resources,medical service capabilities,and medical cost of TCM,and proposed strategies to improve the medical service capacity of TCM in the new era.This study aims to advance the highquality development of TCM and to make newer and greater contributions to maintaining and safeguarding the health and well-being of the people,building healthier China,and realizing the Chinese nation’s great rejuvenation.
