基于彝医“以数运象”思维模式的气浊在五脏圆周运动学术内涵研究

摘　　要：运用文献追溯法系统梳理并阐释彝族传统医药中"气浊-阴阳五行-五脏"之间的关系,总结为"五脏的气浊互化功能呈现升浮降沉圆周运动"这一学术观点。此学术观点的基本内涵为彝医基于"以数运象"的思维模式,以五生十成时空模型为工具,运用天数和地数在不同方位的拟布格局反映气浊的螺旋圆周升降运动,气浊的运动产生了阴阳五行的变化,肝木的疏泄,心火的宣通,脾土的运化,肺金的收敛,肾水的封藏,五脏相互协调共同完成了人体气浊的升、浮、降、沉的圆周循环运动,完成了"血循而气生,气循而浊产"的气浊转化过程,具体表现形式为"首、萌、长、遍、退、藏",实现了人体与日月运行同步的生命周期变化,揭示了生命与时空的关系。Systematically combs and explains the relationship between"QiZhuo-Yin-Yang,Five Elements-Five Zang organs"in traditional Yi medicine by means of literature retrospective method,and summarizes the academic viewpoint that"the interaction function of QiZhuo of the five Zang organs presents a circular movement of rising and falling".The basic connotation of this academic viewpoint is as follows:Yi medicine,based on the thinking mode of"using numbers to move images",takes the space-time model of"five generations to ten generations"as a tool,uses the simulated distribution pattern of days and numbers in different directions to reflect the spiral ascending and descending movement of turbidity.The movement of QiZhuo produces the changes of yin and yang,the dredging of liver and wood,and the dredging of heart fire.The transportation of spleen and soil,the convergence of lung and gold,the storage of kidney water and the coordination of the five viscera have jointly completed the circular circulation of the rise,float,fall and sink of human QiZhuo,and completed the transformation process of QiZhuo of"blood circulation and gas generation,Qi circulation and Zhuo production",which is manifested in the form of"head,sprout,long,universal,retreat and reservoir",thus realizing human beings.The life cycle changes synchronized with the movement of the sun and the moon reveal the relationship between life and time and space.
