摘 要:目的:通过测定不同加工方法对骨碎补水分、灰分、浸出物、柚皮苷含量的影响,为骨碎补的质量控制提供依据。方法:将10个产地的骨碎补生品及炮制品,去毛加工后,并将其分为4组,参照2015版《中国药典》四部通则和一部相关方法,对骨碎补水分、灰分、醇溶性浸出物及柚皮苷含量进行测定。结果:10个产地的骨碎补按照4个分组测量的结果:未去毛生品水分为12.09%~12.77%,总灰分为5.09%~7.38%,醇溶性浸出物为16.85%~26.65%,柚皮苷为7.246%~13.503%;去毛生品水分为5.93%~12.43%,总灰分为5.36%~7.18%,醇溶性浸出物为18.91%~28.73%,柚皮苷为6.788%~13.797%;未去毛炮制品水分为4.36%~6.52%,总灰分为6.18%~7.72%,醇溶性浸出物为17.51%~24.26%,柚皮苷为5.436%~9.689%;去毛炮制品水分为5.13%~9.44%,总灰分为5.22%~7.35%,醇溶性浸出物为21.84%~29.02%,柚皮苷为8.158%~15.142%。结论:骨碎补经去毛净制后,生品和炮制品的质量相对提高,为其质量控制提供了参考依据。Objective:To determine the effects of different processing methods on the moisture content,ash content,extract and naringin content of Drynaria fortunei,and to provide a basis for the quality control of Drynaria fortunei.Methods:Raw and processed bone crushing and filling products from 10 producing areas were deroughed and divided into four groups.The contents of bone crushing and filling water,ash content,alcohol-soluble extract and naringin content were determined by referring to the four general principles of Chinese pharmacopoeia 2015 and one related method.Results:The water content of raw products without hair removal was 12.09%~12.77%,the total ash content was 5.09%~7.38%,the alcohol-soluble extract was 16.85%~26.65%,and the content of taringin was 7.246%~13.503%.The moisture content of dehairy raw products was 5.93%~12.43%,the total ash content was 5.36%~7.18%,the alcohol-soluble extracts were 18.91%~28.73%,and the naringin content was 6.788%~13.797%.The water content of undehazed processed products was 4.36%~6.52%,the total ash content was 6.18%~7.72%,the alcohol soluble extracts were 17.51%~24.26%,and the naringin content was 5.436%~9.689%.The moisture content of hair removal products was 5.13%~9.44%,the total ash content was 5.22%~7.35%,the alcohol-soluble extracts were 21.84%~29.02%,and the content of ninglinin was 8.158%~15.142%.Conclusion:The quality of raw and processed products has been improved after the preparation of guxiaobijing,which provides reference for quality control.
