中医经筋微针刀治疗颈肩综合征30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察使用中医经筋微针刀治疗颈肩综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例颈肩综合征患者随机分为两组,每组30例,分别采用中医经筋微针刀疗法和常规针灸治疗,于治疗前及治疗1个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果:治疗后两组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前下降,中医经筋微针刀组VAS评分低于常规针灸组;治疗1个疗程后,中医经筋微针刀组有效率高于常规针灸组。结论:采用中医经筋微针刀治疗颈肩综合征,可有效缓解颈肩背部不适,改善患者活动功能,且疗效优于常规针灸。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine meridian-sinew micro needle knife in the treatment of neck and shoulder syndrome.Methods:60 patients with neck and shoulder syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 patients in each group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine meridian-sinew micro needle knife and conventional acupuncture treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated before treatment and one course of treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,The VAS score of traditional Chinese medicine meridian-sinew micro needle knife group was lower than that of conventional acupuncture group.After 1 course of treatment,the effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine meridian-sinew micro needle knife group was higher than that of conventional acupuncture group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine meridian-sinew micro needle knife can effectively relieve theneck and shoulder syndrome,it can effectively relieve the discomfort of neck,shoulder and back,Improve activity function,and the curative effect is better than conventional acupuncture treatment.
