摘　　要：目的:探讨"解痉纠偏"针法结合新Bobath技术对改善中风后痉挛状态的疗效。方法:选取符合中风后痉挛的患者90例,按随机数字表法随机分为A、B、C3组各30例,在常规康复治疗的基础上,A组采用"解痉纠偏"针法结合新Bobath康复训练,B组采用"解痉纠偏"针法治疗,C组采用新Bobath康复训练治疗,对3组治疗前、治疗3周、治疗6周后的痉挛程度、运动功能、日常生活能力进行监测,评估其对中风后痉挛状态的疗效。结果:治疗后3组中风后痉挛状态均较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),且A组患者在痉挛程度、运动功能、日常生活能力方面均优于B、C组(P均<0.05)。结论:"解痉纠偏"针法结合新Bobath技术治疗中风后痉挛有较好的临床效果。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the"Resolving and correcting"acupuncture combined with the new Bobath technique in improving the posterior state of stroke.Methods:Ninety patients with post-stroke status were selected and randomly divided into three groups:A,B,and C according to the random number table.Each group had 30 cases.On the basis of routine rehabilitation,group A adopted"The method of resolving and correcting the acupuncture combined with the new Bobath rehabilitation training;the B group adopts the"dissolving and correcting"needle method;the C group adopts the new Bobath rehabilitation training.The levels of sputum,motor function,daily living ability and serumγ-aminobutyric acid(GAGB)were measured by three groups before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment.The efficacy of the state.Results:After treatment,the three groups were effective in the post-stroke status(P<0.05).Group A was superior in the degree of sputum,motor function,daily living ability and serumγ-aminobutyric acid(GAGB).In group B and C,the scores of the three groups were significantly higher than those in the group before treatment.Conclusion:The"resolving and correcting"needle method combined with the new Bobath technology is currently agood clinical method.
