某院静脉药物调配中心2017-2018年中药注射剂应用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:为提高中药注射剂的使用安全性提供参考与帮助。方法:对某院静脉药物调配中心(PIVAS)在2017-2018年间应用的中药注射剂的用药情况、用药金额、DDDs值及排序比、超说明书使用情况等进行统计与分析。结果:某院心脑血管类中药注射剂的使用量非常大,排序前3的依次是注射用丹参多酚酸盐、瓜蒌皮注射液和大株红景天注射液,超说明书使情况较为普遍。结论:某院中药注射剂应用情况总体较为合理,但为减少不良发应及不良事件的发生,临床医师开具医嘱时应按照中药注射剂说明书,规范用药。Objective:To provide assistance for improving the safety of traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital.Methods:Through retrospective investigation,this paper made statistics and analysis on the use of Chinese medicine injections,amount of medication,DDDs value and ranking ratio,the usage exceeding the pharmaceutical instructions in PIVAS of our hospital from 2017 to2018.Results:The use of cardiac and cerebrovascular Chinese medicine injection in our hospital had the absolute advantage.The top three of ranking ratio were salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolate for injection,cortex trichosanthes injection and Rhodiola macrophylla injection.The usage exceeding the pharmaceutical instructions was very common.Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital is reasonable in general.But in order to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and adverse events,the clinician should standardize the use of medicine according to the instructions of traditional Chinese medicine injection.
