皖江城市带发展背景下特色农产业集群发展研究--以安徽省枞阳县为例

摘　　要：安徽省枞阳县是皖江城市带"一轴"中的重要发展枢纽之一,其发展特色农产业集群是现实的需要,具有得天独厚的条件,但也面临着诸多问题与挑战。在对枞阳县发展特色农产业集群基础条件和存在问题的全面把握和认真分析基础上,建议枞阳县从政府角色定位、产业规模、产业转型、市场需求等方面加快推进特色农产业集群步伐,同时要在资金、人才、体制、技术以及产业等诸多保障方面给以支持,以期逐步解决制约枞阳县特色农产业集群发展的不利因素。Zongyang County of Anhui Province is one of the important development hubs in the "One Axis" of the Wanjiang City Belt. Its development of characteristic agricultural industry clusters is a realistic need and has unique conditions, but it also faces many problems and challenges. On the basis of comprehensive grasp and careful analysis of the basic conditions and existing problems of the development of characteristic agricultural industry clusters in Zongyang, it is suggested that Zongyang County accelerate the promotion of Zongyang’s characteristic agricultural industry from the aspects of government role orientation, industrial scale, industrial transformation and market demand. At the same time, we must support the protection of funds, talents, systems, technologies and industries, with a view to gradually solving the unfavorable factors that restrict the development of characteristic agricultural industrial clusters in Zongyang County.
