摘 要:为探究干旱胁迫机理,评价不同文冠果品种的抗旱性,以“森淼”、“冠硕”和“妍华”3个品种为试验材料,通过人工控水的方法对3个文冠果品种进行盆栽试验。结果表明:单个复叶叶面积和干物质积累量随干旱程度的增大明显呈减小的趋势,干物质积累量与干旱程度成反比;叶绿素含量随着干旱胁迫强度的增加而降低;文冠果苗木的抗氧化酶活性随干旱胁迫时间的延长而降低,与干旱胁迫强度呈负相关;文冠果苗木叶片的丙二醛含量随干旱胁迫时间的延长而增加,与干旱胁迫强度呈正相关。相同的干旱胁迫条件下,各文冠果品种对干旱的敏感程度和忍耐力都存在一定的差异,其中,“冠硕”品种抗旱性最强,“森淼”品种次之,“妍华”品种抗旱性最差。In order to explore the mechanism of drought stress and evaluate the drought resistance of different Xanthoceras sorbifolia varieties,Senmiao,Guanshuo and Yanhua,as materials,pot experiments by artificial water control were carried out.The results showed that the area of single compound leaf and dry matter accumulation decreased with the increase of drought stress,and the accumulation of dry matter was inversely proportional to the drought degree.The chlorophyll content decreased with the increase of intensity of drought stress.The antioxidant enzyme activity of X.sorbifolia seedlings decreased with the extension of duration of drought stress,and was negatively correlated with the intensity of drought stress.The content of MDA in leaves of X.sorbifolia seedlings increased with the duration of drought stress,and was positively correlated with the intensity of drought stress.Under the same drought stress condition,the sensitivity and tolerance of different cultivars of Xanthoceras sorbifolia to drought were different.Among the varieties tested,Guanshuo was the most resistant to drought stress,the second was Senmiao,the last was Yanhua.
