摘　　要：里弄建筑是具有上海特色的民居形式,是城市肌理的有机构成。在"留改拆"的新思路下,对里弄建筑的保护利用和更新改造出现了新探索、新样本。文章从里弄建筑典型特色出发,对里弄综合更新改造的安全性进行分析,探讨临时支撑、结构加固置换、新老结构连接节点、特色部位修缮和功能提升等方面的关键技术,以期为里弄建筑更新改造的深化推进提供技术参考。As a Shanghai characterized residential form,lanes and alleys building is an organic composition of urban fabric.Under the new idea of "retention,renovation and demolition ",there are new explorations and new samples for the protection,utilization and renovation of lanes and alleys buildings.From the typical characteristics of lanes and alleys buildings,the article analyzes the safety of comprehensive renovation of lanes and alleys,discusses some key technologies such as temporary support,structure reinforcement and replacement,new and old structure connecting joints,repair and functional improvement of characterized parts,so as to provide technical reference for the further promotion of renovation of lanes and alleys buildings.
