摘　　要：大型公共体育中心经常被视为一个城市的体育名片,在一定程度上,其管理与运营状态能够反映出一个城市的经济与文化活力。以我国大型公共体育中心(或大型场馆)运营潜力评价因素为研究对象,运用文献法、访谈法、德尔菲法、层次分析法与数理统计等研究方法,构建了大型公共体育中心运营潜力评价体系模型。评价指标体系主要包括3个评价维度,第一层有4个评价指标,第二层12个评价指标;第三层有46个具体的评价指标。Large public sports centers have always been a name card for a city’s sports standard. In fact, a city’s economic and cultural vitality can be reflected from the operation and management system of large public sports centers. This research takes the evaluation factors of the operation potential of large public sports centers(or large venues) in China as the research object, along with using research methods such as literature method, interview method, Delphi method, AHP, mathematical statistics etc. to construct the model of potential evaluation system for large public sports centers. The evaluation index system mainly includes 3 evaluation dimensions, the first level has 4 evaluation indexes, the second level has 12 evaluation indexes, and the third level has 46 specific evaluation indexes.
