摘 要:为研究X12合金钢高温流变应力行为及其热变形过程中位错密度的演变规律,在温度为1050~1250℃、应变速率为0.005~5 s^-1、变形程度为50%的条件下,采用Gleeble-1500 D热模拟试验机对X12合金钢进行了热压缩实验,并采用XRD分析了该材料不同变形条件下位错密度。结果表明:X12合金钢在该实验温度及应变速率范围内有典型的动态再结晶特征。基于热压缩实验数据求出了X12合金钢的热变形激活能Qact为531.095 kJ/mol,并构建了X12合金钢的Arrhenius高温流变应力模型,模型计算值与试验值吻合情况良好,平均相对误差为2.52%。不同变形条件下的X12合金钢总位错密度均在1014 cm^-2以上,并且X12合金钢总的位错密度随应变速率增加而增加,随变形温度升高而减少。In order to study the high temperature flow stress behavior of X12 alloy steel and the evolution of dislocation density during hot deformation,the hot compression experiment of the X12 alloy steel was carried out by a Gleeble-1500 D thermal mechanical simulator under the conditions of temperature range of 1050-1250℃,the strain rate of 0.005-5 s^-1 and the deformation of 50%.The dislocation density of the X12 alloy steel under different deformation conditions was analyzed by XRD.The results show that the X12 alloy steel has typical dynamic recrystallizing characteristics in the range of experimental temperature and strain rate.Based on the experimental data of hot compression,the hot deformation activation energy Qactof the X12 alloy steel is calculated to be 531.095 kJ/mol.The Arrhenius high temperature flow stress model of the X12 alloy steel is constructed,and the calculated values of the model are in good agreement with the experimental values,and the average relative error is 2.52%.The total dislocation density of the X12 alloy steel under different deformation conditions is above 1014 cm^-2,and the total dislocation density of the X12 alloy steel increases with the increase of strain rate and decreases with the increase of deformation temperature.
