摘　　要：提升高校教师创新创业教育专业能力,是高校深化创新驱动发展理念的关键因素之一。以陕西高校教师为被试,在创新创业教育理念的基础上,通过专业认同感、专业构建、专业需求三个方面,探讨创新创业教育与高校教师专业能力发展之间的关系,进一步为陕西高校创新创业教育发展提供一定的理论支持。The promotion of teachers’professional ability in innovation and entrepreneurship education is the key factor to deepen the innovation-driven development concept in universities.Based on the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper attempts to explore the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and the development of professional ability of university teachers through three aspects:professional identity,professional construction and professional demand.In addition,it may provide certain theoretical support for innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities of Shaanxi province.
