摘　　要：通过在英国伦敦大学药学院举办的临床药师暑期研修班以及美国西新英格兰大学和耶鲁-纽黑文医院培训学习的亲身经历,结合相关文献知识,分析英美两国药学教育、药师培养及工作模式,为我国临床药学工作和药师队伍建设提供参考。This review introduced current status of pharmacy education and pharmacists systems in United Kingdom and America by taking the personal experiences of studying in University of College London, Western New England University and Yale-New Haven Hospital as examples and combining with relevant literatures.The purpose was to provide references for the development of clinical pharmacists in China.
