贝伐珠单抗生物类似药与Avastin^(■)药代动力学对比研究分析

摘　　要：贝伐珠单抗是一种血管内皮生长因子抑制药,可通过抗血管生成抑制肿瘤生长,临床已用于多种肿瘤的治疗。由于专利到期,国内外医药公司研发了贝伐珠单抗的生物类似药并进入临床试验。本文总结了已发表的贝伐珠单抗注射液生物类似药,与原研药Avastin~?,在不同种族健康人群中进行的药代动力学试验的研究方法和试验结果,供拟开展的相似试验借鉴。Bevacizumab was an inhibitor of vascular endothelial growth factor, which could inhibit tumor growth through anti-angiogenesis.Due to patent expiration, domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies conducted biosimilar clinical trials comparing biosimilar products with Avastin~?.We summarized these trials’ methods and results in healthy volunteers of different races, which might serve as are ference for similar research.
