摘　　要：目的在新型冠状病毒感染肺炎流行期,探讨临床试验Ⅰ期病房的感染风险和防控措施,防止或降低病房内交叉感染发生率。方法通过回顾新型冠状病毒传染的相关文献,评估冠状病毒流行期,临床试验Ⅰ期病房可能存在的风险,并针对风险提出相应的防控措施。结果临床试验Ⅰ期病房本身具有多种功能,相比于其他临床科室和部门,感染防控工作属于薄弱环节,感染防控存在风险,应当加强感染风险控制。结论在备案制全面落地和新型冠状病毒广泛流行的背景下,临床试验Ⅰ期病房不仅当前应该采取严格的感染风险防控措施,在未来,也应当加强感染防控,保障临床试验的顺利进行。Objective In the epidemic period of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19),we explore the risk of infection and prevention and control measures in phaseⅠclinical trial wards,and prevent or reduce the incidence of cross infection in wards.Methods By reviewing the relevant literature of the novel coronavirus infection,we evaluated the possible risks in the phaseⅠclinical trial ward during the epidemic period of coronavirus,and put forward the corresponding prevention and control measures for the risks.Results PhaseⅠclinical trial ward itself has multiple functions.Compared with other clinical wards and departments,the infection prevention and control work is a weak link,and there are risks in the infection control.Conclusion Under the background of the full implementation of the filing system and the widespread prevalence of novel coronavirus,the phaseⅠclinical trial ward should not only take strict measures to prevent and control the risk of infection,but also strengthen the prevention and control of infection in the future to ensure the smooth progress of clinical trial.
