摘  要:以聚丙烯腈纤维为载体,通过乙二胺接枝改性,有机光催化剂-玫瑰红RB吸附,制备了一种腈纶负载光催化纤维。在其催化N-苯基四氢异喹啉及其衍生物和硝基甲烷的交叉脱氢偶联反应中,反应温度85℃,乙二胺用量60 mL,水用量100 mL,反应时间240 min,氨基接枝量1.61 mol%时,对RB染料的吸附量可达9.2%,收率均在81%以上,并在8次循环反应后仍然保持良好的稳定性和催化活性。A polyacrylonitrile-loaded photocatalytic fiber was prepared by grafting with ethylene diamine and adsorbing organic photocatalyst-Rose Bangel.In the cross-dehydro coupling reaction of N-phenyltetrahydroisoquinoline and its derivatives with nitromethane catalyzed by the fiber,the reaction temperature was 85℃,the amount of ethylenediamine was 60 mL,the amount of water was 100 mL,the reaction time was 240 min,and the amount of amino graft was 1.61 mol%,the adsorption amount of Rose Bangel can reach 9.2%,the yields were all above 81%,and the fiber still maintains good stability and catalytic activity after 8 cycles of reaction.
