第三产业对经济增长贡献的实证分析--以山西省为例

摘　　要：山西省作为我国的资源大省,主要经济支柱以采矿、采煤等重工业为主,但随着产业结构转型调整,近几年山西省的可持续发展受到一定的阻碍。因此调整产业结构、促进第三产业发展是稳定山西省经济发展的重中之重。本文基于山西省1988-2018年全省的统计数据,运用Eviews8.0回归分析,在进行平稳性检验、协整性检验等基础上分析得出第三产业对于当地的经济发展具有明显的促进作用,并根据具体的回归结果,提出正确处理好政府与第三产业之间的关系、刺激第三产业的发展环境、大力扶持中小企业的政策建议及具体措施。Shanxi province, as a resource province, has taken the heavy industry including mining, coal mining as the economic pillar. However, following the transformation of industrial structure, the sustainable development in Shanxi province has been blocked. Therefore, it is the top priority to adjust the industrial structure and push the stable development of the service industry.The paper, based on the statistical data from 1988 to 2018 and using Eviews 8.0 regression analysis, has analyzed that the service industry has played an important role in economic development by stationary test and cointegration test. And according to the regression result, the paper puts forward policy recommendations and specific measures including proper dcaling with the relationship between the service industry and the government, stimulating the development environment of the service industry and making great efforts to support the small and medium-sized enterprises.
