湖北省部分农村居民健康相关生命质量研究

摘　　要：目的:了解湖北省武汉市和荆州市两地部分农村居民的生命质量及影响因素,为提高农村居民生命质量提供参考。方法:利用欧洲五维健康评价量表(EQ-5D量表)对农村居民的健康相关生命质量进行调查和统计分析。结果:农村居民的EQ-VAS评分为83.23±19.66分,最突出的健康问题是疼痛/不适和焦虑/抑郁。年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、人均月收入、居住情况以及近两周是否患病均是农村居民生命质量的影响因素。结论:两地部分农村居民的总体健康状况良好,但人群分布不均,应加强对重点人群的关注和指导。Objective:To understand the quality of life and the influencing factors of some rural residents in Wuhan and Jingzhou of Hubei province,to provide reference for improving the quality of life of rural residents.Methods:The European five-dimensional health assessment scale(EQ-5D scale)was used to investigate the health-related quality of life of rural residents in the two places,and analyze the influencing factors.Results:The EQ-VAS score of rural residents was(83.23±19.66),the main health problems were pain/discomfort,anxiety/depression.Age,degree of education,marital status,per capita monthly income,living conditions and whether they had been sick in the past two weeks were the influencing factors affecting the quality of life of rural residents.Conclusion:The health status of some rural residents in the two places is good,but the distribution of population is uneven,attention and health guidance should be strengthened for the key populations.
