摘　　要：目的:对武汉市某三甲医院针灸科DRG入组情况进行分析,为制定能够体现中医疗法的DRG支付系统提供参考。方法:通过CN-DRG系统统计该医院针灸科所有住院病例DRG分组信息,对其主要病组分布、主要病组的时间与费用消耗指数与本机构内西医科室进行比较分析。结果:该针灸科2018年收治的病组主要包括“XZ19”、“IU23”、“BT25”等,针灸科入组病例的时间与费用效率总体上低于西医类科室的相同病组病例。结论:现行DRG系统未体现针灸等中医疗法,有必要制定针对中医疗法的DRG调整方案。Objective:To analyze the enrollment of DRG in acupuncture department of a tertiary hospital(Class A)in Wuhan,so as to provide reference for the development of DRG payment system that can reflect the TCM therapy.Methods:The enrollment information in this acupuncture department was collected by CN-DRG system,the information of time and distribution and the cost consumption index of main group were compared with the information in western medicine department in the same institution.Results:The majority DRG of this acupuncture department include"XZ19","IU23","BT25",etc.The efficiency of acupuncture department was generally lower than the western medicine department of the same groups in the CN-DRG.Conclusion:TCM therapy such as acupuncture is not recognized in current CN-DRG system,so it is necessary to develop a DRG adjustment plan for TCM therapy.
