摘 要:中医药卫生事业的改革和发展要求高等中医药院校对卫生人才的培养从理论型转变为应用型。本文从岗位胜任力着手,分析用人单位对岗位胜任力的需求情况,根据国家中医药政策和教育部专业建设标准,通过科学设置人才培养目标、优化课程体系,强化实践实习环节,改革考试方式,探索构建以岗位胜任力为导向的应用型高等中医药院校公管专业人才培养体系,全面、系统、科学地培养中医药卫生事业管理人才,以提高其岗位胜任力。Reform and development of Traditional Chinese Medicine health care requires that the education of health talents in colleges of Traditional Chinese Medicine should be changed from theoretical to practical model.This study starts from the post competence,investigates and analyzes the employer's demand for post competence.According to national Traditional Chinese Medicine policy and professional construction standard of education ministry,the construction of practical personnel training system for health service management oriented by the post competence in Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges and universities is explored through setting personnel training objective scientifically,optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening the practice process,reforming examination mode,which can realize the comprehensive,systematic,and scientific training of Traditional Chinese Medicine health management talents so as to improve their job adaptability.
