摘 要:方正金融中心主塔楼结构高度为230.800m,采用带加强层的框架-核心筒结构体系,是存在多个不规则项的超限高层建筑。外框架由圆钢管混凝土柱与实腹钢梁组成,核心筒采用钢板组合剪力墙。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,对主体结构进行了不同地震水准作用下的结构弹性与弹塑性分析。计算结果表明,该结构具备较好的承载和变形能力,能够满足不同地震水准作用下的抗震性能目标。通过大震作用下的弹塑性分析,找出了结构潜在的抗震薄弱部位,并提出相应的抗震加强措施。为类似超高层建筑的结构设计提供经验与参考。The structural height of the main tower of Founder Financial Center is 230.800 m and the frame-corewall structural system with strengthened story is adopted. There are several irregular items in this out-of-code high-rise building. The outer frame is composed of concrete-filled steel circular tubular columns and solid web steel beams, and the corewall is combined with steel plate composite shear walls. By using the performance-based seismic design method, the structural elasticity, and elasto-plasticity of the main structure under the action of different seismic levels were analyzed. The calculation results show that the structure has good bearing capacity, and deformation capacity, and the structure can meet the seismic performance objectives under the action of different seismic levels. Through the elasto-plastic analysis under the action of the rare earthquake, the potential weak seismic location of the structure was identified, and the corresponding seismic strengthening measures were put forward to provide experience and reference for the structural design of similar super high-rise buildings.
