摘 要:铸钢节点被用于中国动漫博物馆的钢网格筒结构体系和复杂节点连接。采用有限元分析和足尺试验相结合的方法分析铸钢节点的受力性能。有限元分析通过数值分析方法揭示了节点的应力分布规律。在1.3倍设计荷载作用下,足尺试验结果与有限元结果吻合良好。根据有限元分析和试验结果,优化节点设计。在设计荷载作用下铸钢节点处于弹性工作状态。节点极限承载力大于3倍设计荷载。Cast steel joints are used in the steel grid tube structural system and the connection of complex joints of China Comic & Animation Museum. Finite element method analysis and full-scale experiment were used to analyze the mechanical properties of cast steel joints. The finite element method analysis revealed the stress distribution law of the joint through the numerical analysis method. Under the action of 1.3 times design load, the full-scale experimental results were in good agreement with the finite element method results. According to the finite element method analysis and experimental results, the joint design was optimized. Under the action of design loads, the cast steel joint was in elastic working state. The ultimate bearing capacity of the joint was more than 3 times of the design load.
