摘　　要：阿尔兹海默症(alzheimer’s disease,AD),是一种中枢神经系统退行性疾病,以老年斑块沉积和神经纤维缠结为主要特征,患者表现为认知能力减退、生活不能自理,该病的预防与治疗已经成为国内外研究的热点。在防治AD的实验研究领域,APP/PS1转基因小鼠模型有着广泛的应用,因为其能较好地反映阿尔兹海默症患者的病理特征、临床表现,是一种较理想的AD动物模型。本文综述近五年来中药对APP/PS1转基因AD小鼠治疗作用的研究进展,以期为后续防治AD的研究提供参考。Alzheimer’s disease,is a central nervous system degenerative disease,the senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles are its main characteristics.Patients with cognitive impairment,they can not take care of themselves.AD is a serious threat to the elder’s health and longevity,the disease prevention and treatment has become a hot spot of research at home and abroad.In the field of experimental research on the prevention and treatment of AD,the transgenic mouse model of APP/PS1 is widely used,because it can better reflect the pathological features and clinical manifestations of patients with alzheimer’s disease,and is a relatively ideal AD animal model.This paper reviews the past five years of traditional Chinese medicine effective component,Chinese medicine compound of APP/PS1 transgenic mice AD advances in the research of therapeutic effect so as to provide reference for subsequent research of prevention and treatment of AD.
