论积极创业情绪对大学生创业行为倾向的影响——基于创业动机中介作用和社会支持调节作用的分析

摘　　要：大学生创业行为受多重因素影响,创业心理是影响大学生创业行为的重要因素之一。以336名大学生为研究对象,基于积极心理学探讨积极创业情绪对创业行为倾向的影响以及创业动机在二者的中介作用和社会支持的调节作用,结果显示:积极创业情绪正向预测创业行为倾向,创业动机在积极创业情绪与创业行为倾向的关系中起部分中介作用;创业动机的中介效应受社会支持的调节。根据研究结果,可采取激发心理资本潜能、完善创业教育体系,发挥创业动机纽带效应、提升创业专业水平,提供多层次社会支持、增加社会资本供给等措施,促进大学生成功创业。College students’entrepreneurial behavior is influenced by multiple factors,among which entrepreneurial mentality is an important one.Based on positive psychology a survey is conducted on 336 college students to explore the impacts of positive entrepreneurial emotion on entrepreneurial behavior tendency and the mediating effects of entrepreneurial motivation as well as the regulation functions of social support.The major findings include(1)positive entrepreneurial emotion positively predicts entrepreneurial behavior tendency with entrepreneurial motivation playing a partial mediating role;(2)the mediating effects of entrepreneurial motivation are subject to the adjustment of social support.According to the aforementioned results,the success of college student entrepreneurship can be achieved by means of motivating psychological capital potential,optimizing entrepreneurial education,exerting the link effects of entrepreneurial motivation,promoting the professional level of entrepreneurship,providing multiple social supports and improving social capital supply.
