摘　　要：本文结合南京市不动产统一登记工作实际,在外在政策和内在动力的推动下,分析了原有房地登记平台的不足之处,提出了"互联网+"不动产登记信息服务与监管平台建设的思路和内容,简要论述了信息平台研发所涉及的关键技术,总结了现阶段取得的应用成效。Combining with the reality of the unified registration of real estate in Nanjing and the promotion of external policies and endogenous motivation,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the original real estate registration platform,and proposes the ideas and construction content of the"Internet+"real estate registration information service and supervision platform.This paper also briefly discusses the key technologies involved in the development of information platform,and summarizes the results achieved at this stage.
