摘 要:随着大量节水灌溉项目投入使用,项目是否达到预期目标,有必要对节水灌溉项目进行客观的后评价。文章借助项目后评价理论及模糊综合评价法,重点针对后评价的内容,构建了节水灌溉项目相关模糊评价模型并运用该模型对昆山市花桥万顷良田节水灌溉项目后评价进行了研究,验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。It is necessary to conduct an objective post-evaluation on water-saving irrigation projects for observing whether the projects achieve the expected goals or not with a large number of water-saving irrigation projects coming into service.A water-saving irrigation project related fuzzy evaluation model is established by focusing on the post-evaluation of the effect of evaluation content with the help of project post-evaluation theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the paper,and and it is applied to study the post-evaluation in Kunshan Huaqiao Wanqing Liangtian Water-saving Irrigation Project.The feasibility and practicability of the method are verified.
