摘 要:针对传统基于单时间断面的恢复供电策略难以长时间保持负荷恢复期间的电气孤岛稳定运行问题,提出了一种主动配网多时段动态恢复供电策略。通过引入可控负荷,提高了电网重建的效率和恢复期间负荷的运行稳定性。此外,针对主动配电网负荷动态恢复模型变量过多、难以求解的问题,提出一种启发式孤岛动态调整算法。仿真结果验证了所提策略的可行性和优越性。A multi-period dynamic power supply recovery strategy for active power distribution is proposed. This is to tackle the problem that the traditional power recovery strategy based on a single-time section finds it difficult to maintain the stable operation of electrical islands for a long time during load recovery. The efficiency of grid reconstruction and the stability of load operation during recovery are improved by introducing controllable loads. In addition, a heuristic island dynamic adjustment algorithm is proposed for the problem that the active distribution network load dynamic recovery model has too many variables and is difficult to solve. Simulation results verify the feasibility and superiority of the proposed strategy.
