摘  要:为了深入探讨织物结构对其透气、透湿性的影响,文章采集19块涤纶织物的6个基本结构参数进行主成分分析,提取到2个对原始结构特征贡献率达87.423%的结构主成分,即尺寸结构因子(Z1)和材料聚集因子(Z2),分别反映织物结构中大孔隙情况和材料聚集程度,并与织物透气、透湿性进行相关性研究。结果表明:两个主成分密切但差异地影响织物的透气、透湿性;尺寸结构因子Z1正相关影响透气性,材料聚集因子Z2与之呈现负相关,关系方程为Y1=239.444Z1-288.746Z2+412.799;材料聚集因子Z2对透湿性有显著影响,表现为密切负相关,关系方程为Y2=80.783Z1-159.941Z2+2636.147;透湿与透气存在一些传输机理的区别。In order to investigate the influence of fabric structure on air/moisture permeability,the data of 6 basic structural parameters from different 19 polyester fabrics were collected for principal component analysis,and two structural principal components,which contributed 87. 423% to the original structural characteristics of fabrics,were extracted and defined as dimensional structure factor( Z1) and material aggregation factor( Z2),respectively. The former reflects the large size pore structure,and the latter describes the degree of material aggregation in fabrics. The relation between air/moisture permeability and structural principal components of fabrics were studied also. The results show that the two principal components closely and differently influence the air/moisture permeability of fabrics. The dimensional structure factor Z1 is positively related to the air permeability,while material aggregation factor Z2 is negatively correlated to the air permeability. The relation equation is Y1=239. 444 Z1-288. 746 Z2+ 412. 799. The material aggregation factor Z2 has a significant effect on moisture permeability,performing a close negative correlation,and the relation equation between moisture permeability and aggregation factor is Y2= 80. 783 Z1-159. 941 Z2+ 2636. 147. There are some differences between air permeability and moisture permeability in transfer mechanism.
