摘 要:为了提升网络社区用户创新的质量和效率,文章从用户参与创新的潜力和意愿出发,通过文献调研和专家访谈,挖掘并检验国内运动鞋用户在领先需求、穿搭体验、专业水平和社区参与等方面所体现的创新价值,构建了包含4个一级指标和15个二级指标的运动鞋用户创新价值评价体系。运用层次分析法计算各指标的权重,一级指标的权重从高到低排序为穿搭体验、领先需求、专业水平、社区参与。最后,以虎扑运动鞋网络社区为例,利用爬虫软件抓取用户参与社区互动讨论的数据,计算用户创新价值得分,并对用户创新价值的指标特征进行了分析。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of user innovation in network community,this paper started from users’ potential and will to participate in innovation,explored and tested innovative value of domestic sneaker users in demand leading,wearing experience,professional level and community participation through literature review and expert interview.Besides,the innovation value evaluation system for sneaker users were constructed,including 4 first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators. The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of indicators at all levels. The weights of the first-level indicators were ranked from high to low,namely,wearing experience,demand leading,professional level,and community participation. Finally,taking the sneakers community as an example,the data of users participating in the community interaction discussion were collected by web crawler,and the user innovation value was scored. Meanwhile,the index characteristics of user innovation value were analyzed.
