摘　　要：针对人口、交通及公众健康等问题,近年来伦敦提出了健康街道规划策略,促进步行、自行车和公共交通出行,缓解城市交通拥堵问题,减少空气及噪音污染,营造良好的街道空间环境。其提出健康街道营造方法,建立基于设计者视角的指标评价体系,开展使用者体验调查,通过街道空间评估衡量街道对公众健康的影响,探寻改善策略并付诸于实践。在公众健康促进、慢行交通复兴等后城市化时代新兴议题出现的背景下,越来越多的全球化城市通过打造高品质街道空间来实现城市价值。伦敦健康街道的建设对世界其他城市有着深远意义,能够为我国街道空间的环境改善提供借鉴。Due to population,traffic,and public health problems,London has proposed building healthy street plans to promote pedestrian,bicycle,and public transportation and ease traffic congestion as well as air and noise pollution.A healthy street creation method is proposed to build good street environment.Designer oriented evaluation system is established to study the impact of street environment on public health.Improvement strategies are studied and put to practice.In the new era of improving public health and slow traffic,more and more global cities are building high quality streets to realize the value of cities.The experience of London is significant to Chinese cities in street environment improvement.
