日粮添加不同比例棉秆对育肥绵羊生产性能及经济效益的影响

摘　　要：为研究日粮添加不同比例棉秆对育肥绵羊生产性能及经济效益的影响,本试验采用单因素完全随机试验设计,将体重相近的60只小尾寒羊随机分为6组,每组10只,饲粮是基于等能等蛋设计的全价颗粒饲料,其中对照组1(CK1组)不添加棉花秸秆和棉籽粕,对照组2(CK2组)添加棉籽粕而不添加棉花秸秆,试验组分别添加20%、30%、40%和50%棉秆。试验全期70 d,其中预试期10 d,正式试验期60 d。试验结果表明:绵羊干物质采食量随棉花秸秆添加比例的增加而增加,干物质采食量50%组> 40%组> 30%组> 20%组;CK1组比CK2组低6.73%(P <0.01),50%组比CK2组高3.85%(P <0.01),20%组比CK2组低4.81%(P <0.01)。日增重CK2组较CK1组和50%组分别降低34.96%和34.45%(P <0.05),20%组比CK2组高25.21%(P> 0.05);料肉比CK2组> 40%组> 30%组> 50%组> 20%组> CK1组。饲料单位成本和饲料总成本随着棉秆添加比例的增加逐渐降低。经济效益50%组> 20%组> CK1组> 30%组>40%组> CK2组。试验结果说明育肥期绵羊日粮中添加20%棉花秸秆时,绵羊的日增重、料肉比和经济效益较好。To study the effects of different proportions of cotton stalks on the production performance and economic benefits of fattening sheep.The single-factor completely randomized trial design was used to randomly divide 60 small-tailed Han sheep with similar body weight into 6 groups,10 in each group.The diet was based on the full-price pellet feed designed by the equal energy egg,and the control group 1(CK1 group)did not add cotton straw and cottonseed meal,the control group 2(CK2 group)added cottonseed meal without adding cotton straw,the test groups added 20%,30%,40%and 50%cotton stalks respectively.The whole test period was 70 days,of which the pre-test period was 10 days and the formal test period was 60 days.The results showed that the dry matter intake of sheep increased with the increase of the proportion of cotton straw,the dry matter intake was50%group>40%group>30%group>20%group;the CK1 group was 6.73%lower than more than CK2 group(P<0.01),the 50%group was 3.85%higher than the CK2 group(P<0.01),and the 20%group was 4.81%lower than the CK2 group(P<0.01);The daily weight gain of CK2 group was 34.96%and 34.45%lower than CK1 group and 50%group(P<0.05),20%group was 25.21%higher than CK2 group(P>0.05);meat ratio was CK2 Group>40%group>30%group>50%group>20%group>CK1 group.The unit cost of feed and the total cost of feed gradually decrease as the proportion of cotton stalks increases.Economic benefit 50%group>20%group>CK1 group>30%group>40%group>CK2 group.The results indicated that the daily weight gain,feed-to-meat ratio and economic benefit of sheep were better when 20%cotton straw was added to the diet of fattening sheep.
