摘　　要：益生菌是天然活菌的统称,可以改善及塑造肠道微生物群落结构,从而促进家禽高效生产。文章从益生菌的发展历程及种类、益生菌的作用机理及特性、益生菌在家禽中的应用以及影响益生菌作用效果的因素等方面入手,结合国内外相关研究报道进行综述,以期为益生菌在家禽中的应用提供参考依据。Probiotics are the general term for natural live bacteria that can improve and shape the structure of intestinal microbial communities to promote efficient poultry production.In this paper,the development history and species of probiotics,the action mechanism and characteristics of probiotics,the application of probiotics in poultry and the factors affecting the effect of probiotics were reviewed,combined with relevant research reports at home and abroad,in order to provide reference for the application of probiotics in poultry.
