摘　　要：王瑞平教授认为卵巢癌是在肾阴亏虚的基础上,外邪内侵、七情饮食内伤,脏腑经络功能进一步失调,肝失疏泄,脾失健运,气机紊乱,血行瘀滞,痰饮内停,有形之邪阻于冲任督带,结聚胞宫而成,提出卵巢癌应以滋肾养阴、调理冲任固其本,活血化瘀、化痰祛湿祛其邪为治疗原则。Professor WANG Ruiping attaches importance to the treatment of ovarian cancer from the kidney,liver and spleen.She holds that this disease is based on deficiency of kidney yin,when external evil invaded or internal damage caused by seven emotions and improper diet,Zang-fu viscera meridian function further imbalance.Finally all the visible evils caused by dysfunction of liver in catharsis,spleen in transportation,disorder of qi movement,blood stasis,phlegm and fluid retention hinder in Chong channel,Conception Channel,Governor Channel and Belt Channel and gathers in uterus.She believes that the treatment principles should be nourishing kidney yin,regulating the Chong Channel and Conception Channel to strengthen the body,at the same time promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,dissipating phlegm and removing dampness to eliminate pathogenic factors.
