中药治疗卵巢囊肿临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨中药治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月-2019年3月在天津市中心妇产科医院治疗的卵巢囊肿患者80例,根据患者最终选取的治疗方式分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=37),其中观察组给予中药保守治疗,对照组给予常规西药保守治疗,观察2组治疗疗效,检测治疗前后促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)及孕酮(P)水平。结果观察组和对照组治疗疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗总有效率分别为93.02%和97.30%;观察组和对照组治疗后卵巢囊肿直径较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组和对照组治疗后卵巢囊肿直径比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后孕酮和雌二醇分别为(19.82±2.77)nmol/L和(201.19±43.30)pmol/L,明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而黄体生成素和促卵泡生成素分别为(18.82±1.91)U/L和(18.81±1.88)U/L,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗卵巢囊肿有较好的疗效,能明显改善患者血清性激素水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on ovarian cyst.Methods 80 patients with ovarian cysts treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were divided into observation group (n=43) and control group (n=37) according to the final treatment methods,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine conservative treatment,while the control group was given conventional western medicine conservative treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH),estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) before and after treatment were measured.Results There was no signifi cant difference in the curative effect between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05),the total effective rate were 93.02% and 97.30%;The diameter of ovarian cyst in the observation group and the control group decreased after treatment (P<0.05);There was no signifi cant difference in ovarian cyst diameter between the observation group and the control group after treatment (P<0.05);After treatment,P and E2 in the observation group were (19.82±2.77) nmol/L and (201.19±43.30) pmol/L,signifi cantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),while LH and FSH were (18.82±1.91) U/L and (18.81±1.88) U/L,which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on ovarian cyst,and can signifi cantly improve the serum sex hormone level of patients.
